A YMCA volunteer helps a young boy with a project.

Over 23,000 Canadians from communities across the country and from all walks of life currently donate their time to the YMCA!

Last year alone, our exceptional volunteers contributed 1,270,000 volunteer hours on tasks as diverse as serving on YMCA Association Boards of Directors, teaching fitness classes, helping out with fundraising, running special events, delivering children and youth programs, mentoring and more.

Given the exceptional breadth and scope of YMCA programs and services, the volunteering possibilities are almost endless.
